Reporter Asks Trump About Pardon Of ‘Patriot’ Sheriff, He Whips List Out Of His Pocket - Fusion Laced Illusions

President Donald Trump came to his Monday press conference prepared. Anticipating that he would inevitably be questioned by one of the liberal members of the media about his pardon of former Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio, Trump made sure that he was ready for the occasion. When a reporter did as expected, he immediately whipped a list out of his pocket.
Sheriff Joe Arpaio was convicted on July 31 of criminal contempt for violating a 2011 federal court order prohibiting law enforcement officers from stopping and detaining Latinos based upon the suspicion that they could be in the country illegally. However, during his rally at the Phoenix Convention Center one week ago, President Trump strongly suggested that he would pardon Sheriff Joe.
“So, was Sheriff Joe convicted for doing his job?” Trump asked the enthusiastic Arizona crowd, according to Western Journalism. “[He] should have had a jury [trial], but you know what? I’ll make a prediction. I think he’s going to be just fine, OK?” He added, “Sheriff Joe can feel good.”
