According to recently published reports, reports of the issue of geoengineering has been misrepresented for too long. Those who have assumed activist leadership have wrongly equated “chemtrails” with “geoengineering”.
Professionals that didn’t like to be accused as “conspiracy theorists” by their peers ran away from chemtrails to adopt geoengineering without thorough analysis.
Dropping chemtrails to adopt a more generic term like “persistent jet trails” or “persistent jet emissions” could have avoided the rush to misjudgement except that the Welsbach seeding patent’s chemistry matched the lab results collected by chemtrail observers. The strength of the lab evidence, then made it easy – even compelling – to overlook the patent’s requirement for stratospheric – not tropospheric,deployment.
The official literature proposes Geoengineering the atmosphere to mitigate AGW with reflective particles as a future project to be carried out in the stratosphere at 70,000 feet and higher – an altitude where virtually all the current fleet of civilian and military aircraft cannot even fly.
Chemtrails are not geoengineering since they are sprayed in the troposphere below 40,000 feet where the persistent jet aerosol emissions form artificial clouds that tend to warm the climate — just the reverse of what is intended through future atmospheric geoengineering projects.
The oft quoted Welsbach formula to mitigate AGW is actually intended to be released in the stratosphere…not way down in the troposphere where planes are spraying chemtrails for a multitude of covert and nefarious reasons.
The “off-label” deployment of the Welsbach seeding patent at 37,000 feet increases the conductivity of the atmosphere – a far different result than when deployed at the prescribed altitude of 70,000 feet where the atmosphere is exceeding rare.. Lab results that show barium and aluminum salts from chemtrails seduced activists into concluding that the perpetrators were already conducting geoengineering to fight global warming. This leap in logic is now revealed as a mistake that must be addressed if the movement wants to establish credibility with the credentialed scientific community..
Activists are too fond of saying that geoengineering is already in progress. We hear it all the time: “they’re already doing it!” – a statement that is wrong and a position that stifles discussion with aerospace engineers, congressional reps and the geoengineers like David Keith.
The folks at GeoenginneringWatch and Rosalind Peterson may have been well-intended when they chose geoengineering to replace chemtrails in order to deflect embarassing criticism as “consiracy theorists”. But the move to be politically correct was flawed when they failed to examine the critically huge distinctions that separate both operations by much more than vertical miles.
